A: We require a 30% deposit for standard products and a 50% deposit for custom products. The balance is collected before shipment. We accept TT, L/C, and other common payment methods.

A: We offer a 1-year warranty on the product and a 10-year warranty on the wooden frame of the furniture's internal structure.
Q: How are products packaged for international shipping?
A: All items are professionally packaged to minimize damage risks during transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with project numbers and product codes to simplify the receiving process at your end.
Q: Do the prices include shipping costs?
